I have been teaching in the San Ramon USD since 1977.
I have taught and coached at California High School since 1979. I have coached Track and Field, Football, Wrestling, Soccer, Golf and Cross Country since 1975 until 2012. I was the Head Cross Country Coach from 1977 thru 2011.
During my tenure at Cal I have taught Anatomy and Physiology, Honors Anatomy and Physiology, Web Page Design, Desktop Publishing, Drafting, Digital Game Design, Algebra, Health, Computer Applications, Biology, Marine Biology and Life Sciences.
Now I am teaching Honors Anatomy and Physiology, and Digital Game Design.

A.I.D.S. TASK FORCE/CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT:
1987 -88, 1991-93: This committee focused on the development of an A.I.D.S. curriculum for grades K-12, with a 6-12 focus. I wrote the seventy page inter-disciplinary curriculum was taught in Science, Health, Social Studies, and English classes, at the appropriate grade level determined by each school. I was responsible for the in-service of all secondary teachers on the curriculum. The curriculum was updated during the 1991-92 school year. I in-serviced all Middle and High School Health teachers on this curriculum. This curriculum has been purchased and used in other school districts.
HEALTH EDUCATION CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT:
This committee rewrote the health curriculum for the San Ramon Valley Unified School District following the State Framework. This curriculum is a semester unit covering all aspects of health. I was the school district chairman of this committee.Honors and Awards
