COLLEGE APPLICATION INFORMATION SESSIONS

The counseling office will be holding two College Application Information Sessions on September 13^th and on September 15^th at lunch in the Library. We will be discussing the college application process and financial aid.

It is required for ALL SENIORS applying to either a four-year or two-year college to attend ONE of these sessions. (THE COUNSELING OFFICE)

MEN’S LACROSSE

There will be an organizational meeting for Men’s Lacrosse on Friday, September 10^th in the Library at 3:00 pm.  All players who are not busy with a fall sport during this meeting are encouraged to attend.  (Wong)

MEN’S SOCCER

Any sophomore, junior or senior interested in trying out for the Cal Men’s Soccer team needs to attend the team meeting this Friday during lunch in room 111. Lunch will be provided. Again, there is a men’s soccer meeting during lunch on Friday in room 111. Freshmen trying out for soccer need to meet in room 111 on Friday after school. MEN’S WATER POLO

The Men’s Water Polo team has their first home game today.  Come out and support the Grizzlies in the pool!  Varsity plays at 6, JV at 7.  No gate fee (Hildreth)

WRESTLING MEETING

Attention all people interested in wrestling at California High School need to attend a pre-season meeting in Room 225 at 3:15 pm on Friday, Sept. 10^th. Open gym will be starting soon with Coach Lopez and Coach Heffelmeire. Championships are won through work in the off-season. Remember, wrestling meeting, Mr. Albano's room, Friday after school!!! SENIOR LEADERSHIP

Hey Class of 2011! The Senior Leadership meeting is today during lunch in room 114. We will be going over ideas for our senior float.  We will also be discussing homecoming theme ideas. (Mantz)

Attention Class of 2013! It's that time of year again! Homecoming is around the corner, which means that we will be building our homecoming float. The place to be every Wednesday in September is at Yogurtland San Ramon. Wednesday (today), September 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th, 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM Yogurtland will donate 15% of all purchases to Cal High cheer teams.  Just mention "Cal High Cheer" when paying for your yogurt!  Thank you for your support!  Go Grizzlies!
